W9123822B0009 DDJC Tracy 12KV Overhead to Underground Power Line Replacement The Government anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for DDJC Tracy 12KV Overhead to Underground Power Line Replacement Project Description: The scope of this project is limited to the removal of overhead 12kV lines, auxiliary communications equipment (where installed), and poles and the subsequent installation of new underground conduits, duct banks, manholes, lighting poles, transformers, and other accessories to ensure a complete working power distribution system. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. The size standard is $36.5M. Product Service Code is Z2NZ Repair or Alteration of Other Utilities. The solicitation will proceed as a 100% Small Business Set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 25 Mar 2022 with bids due tentatively on 9 May 2022. The IFB will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as SAM.gov and will establish a firm bid due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
