Construction of the cutoff walls is along a continuous reach of SREL within the Big Pocket area of Sacramento, CA. The scope also includes relocation and removal of multiple levee encroachments within the work area, removal and replacement of City of Sacramento Sump 70, and removal, handling, import, and disposal of soils. All work is required to be completed No Later Than (NLT) December 2022 with the levee reconstruction completed not later than 30 September 2022. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $39.5M. Product Service Code is Y1LC - Construction of Tunnels and Subsurface Structures. The solicitation will proceed unrestricted and must use contractors from the Pre-Qualified Sources List (PSL) for the included features of work. If a bidder is not currently listed on the PSL, the bidder shall submit the required perqualification data to be considered for contract award.
