Richard L. Schafer Dam is located in Tulare County on the Tule River approximately 10 miles northeast of Porterville. Terminus Dam is also located in Tulare County on the Kaweah River approximately 20 miles east of Visalia. Detailed descriptions of the work are contained in the Performance work statement and Specifications. Prospective contractors are encouraged to inspect the work site before submitting a quotation; a site visit for the subject effort will be scheduled at a later date.
