This facility also required a 560 stall multi-storied parking garage. Design and construction shall include all civil, paving, architectural, geotechnical, structural, utilities, landscaping, security, mechanical, electrical, demolition, and communications work to support the necessary construction. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(iii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $100M and $250M. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 236220 – Commercial and Industrial Building Construction. The size standard is $39.5Million. Product Service Code is Y1AZ – Construction of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings.

Project Description: The work for this project is to design and construct a Software Sustainment Center at Hill AFB, Utah which consists of an 185,000 SF mixed use Secure Facility with computer labs, auditorium style conference room and multiple secured office spaces. The RFP will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as beta.sam.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
