The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide Weed Control Services at New Hogan Lake. New Hogan Lake is located off Highway 26 in Valley Springs, California. Some of the services shall be performed in areas with public access. Prospective contractors are strongly urged to visit the work site prior to submitting a quotation. Prospective contractors shall contact the Project at (209) 772-1343 to arrange a site visit. In no event shall failure to visit the site be grounds for withdrawal of your quotation or for additional claims against the Government after the contract has been awarded. The Government shall determine the actual start date. Once started, work shall to be completed as directed by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative.
