The intent of this notice is to identify qualified, experienced, capable, and interested businesses only. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation, or Invitation for Bid. It should not be construed as a commitment of the Government for any purposes other than market research and is not restricted to a particular acquisition approach. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the data collected as a result of this market research. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above mentioned website for release of any updates, solicitation package, and all amendments. Those desiring to do business with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/SAM/. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is publicizing this sources sought to gather industry feedback with respect to identify any service-disabled veteran owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and small disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to respond. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, replenishment of supplies and other items to ensure that Janitorial Services are performed at Stanislaus River Parks is located in San Joaquin County & Stanislaus County. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices. Services will be performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. All service shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services.
