Amendment 0003 Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC) for Beale AFB, CA This requirement will be for environmental remediation activities at Beale AFB. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the scope of environmental services necessary to conduct site restoration. The range of activities include maintenance of established remedies, implementation of optimization to enhance remedial progress at applicable sites, and achievement of site specific objectives as identified in this contract. The Contractor shall undertake Environmental Remediation activities to achieve performance objectives (POs) at fifteen (15) Installation Restoration Program (IRP) sites and eight (8) Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites. The resulting contract from the upcoming solicitation will be for a ten-year period. The resulting contract type is expected to be a Firm-Fixed Price.
