Successful offeror shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to provide elevator maintenance, inspection, testing and repair services for the electric traction passenger elevator system at at Buchanan Dam, located on Eastman Lake near the town of Raymond in Madera County, California on the Chowchilla River approximately 25 miles northeast of Chowchilla, California. A performance-based service contract will be awarded for one base year of services and four option years of services. The solicitation includes a Performance Work Statement (PWS) describing the basic objectives for elevator preventative maintenance, periodic inspections, categorical testing/certification and repair services, a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and the applicable U. S. Department of Labor Wage Determination.
