Successful offeror shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to provide elevator maintenance, inspection, testing and repair services for the electric traction passenger elevator system at at Buchanan Dam, located at Eastman Lake near Raymond, California in Madera County on the Chowchilla River approximately 25 miles northeast of Chowchilla, California. A performance-based service contract will be awarded for one base year of services and four option years of services. The Performance Work Statement describes the basic objectives for elevator preventative maintenance, periodic inspections, categorical testing/certification and repair services.
