This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or request for quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain the following information: (1) The availability and capability of qualified sources; (2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition (337214), "Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing" with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. (3) Product Supply Code: 7110 - Office Furniture The contractor shall procure, replace, and upgrade existing Herman Miller and National Office systems furniture consisted of the parts and quantities listed in Attachment (1). This also includes design, removal/installation, project management, receiving/unloading, product inspection, and monthly storage. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District (SPK) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in effort to perform market research and seek potential contractors able to provide commercially available systems office furniture to match existing Herman Miller and National Office systems furniture necessary to build out 838 new cubicles and 81 offices throughout various SPK Division offices. The anticipated delivery date is no later 30 September 2020. Submittal Requirements: 1) Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact, with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, NAICS Code, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, and Economic Size Status. (Large / Small Business / HubZone / 8(a) / Woman Owned Small Business /etc). 2) Contractor acknowledges a clear understanding of all requirements provided in this Sources Sought Notice. 3) Contractor confirms full capability of performing and providing all quantities specified in Attachment (1).
