Requirement: The awarded agreements under this procurement will be commercial, performance-based service firm-fixed price blanket purchase agreements (BPA) using NAICS Code 541380 Testing Laboratory with service codes H399 Inspection Misc or R425 Support Prof. Eng/Tech. A performance period of 5 years is planned. The work encompasses quality assurance (QA) laboratory testing for all civil, military and Veteran’s Affair sites within the Sacramento District. The work is divided into five (5) regions: Utah Region, Nevada Region, Northern California Region, California Bay Area & Stockton-Modesto Region, and Central Coast & Southern Valley Region. Each region will have a minimum of two (2) awardees. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, tools, supervision, quality control, and any other items necessary to ensure that the tasks detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are completed.
