This is a performance-based contract for Campground Attendant services at Island Park Campground, Pine Flat Lake, CA. The overall responsibility of the contractor is to plan, coordinate, organize, manage, and perform the activities described herein in accordance with the performance objectives Except for those items furnished at the discretion of the Government, the contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to fulfill the terms and conditions stated in this contract. The contractor shall be responsible for all costs related to performing Campground Attendant duties. Services include, but are not limited to, fee collection, record keeping and reporting, campground tours, visitor assistance, security and maintenance. All work, materials and equipment shall be subject to the control and approval of the Park Manager. Work schedule shall be performed according to information provided. During holiday weeks/weekends, the work schedule shall deviate from the "Standard" schedule, as outlined below under "Holiday Exceptions". Service days and times may change due to holidays or special events, as directed by the Park Manager or a designee of the Park Manager.
