The purpose of this modification is to complete the Phase 2B remaining levee to be constructed, approximately 1.25 miles. This unconstructed levee segment is in the middle of the entire Phase 2B levee, extending from just south of the California State Park boat ramp, around the existing wastewater treatment facility, across Dunning Island, ending at Dunning Slough.
