The purpose of this sources sought is to seek out small businesses with the capacity to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement for laboratory services in the locations set forth by the PWS. The PWS requires that the laboratory be DoD Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) accredited for a minimum of 50% of the services listed in Attachment A and be able to subcontract the other services they are not accredited for. It also requires the laboratory to hold accreditation through California’s ELAP program. Requesting contractor provide the following documents: Current DoD ELAP Accreditation Certificate and list of accredited fields of testing. Current California ELAP Accreditation Certificate and list of accredited fields of testing. Optional: Any other NELAP or applicable State Accreditation Certificate and list of accredited fields of testing.
