U. S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract for Biomonitoring Services located at the Former Fort Ord, Monterey CA. All Questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing to Joseph Warby at joseph.d.warby@usace.army.mil with the subject “Synopsis for W91238-22-R-0049”. This acquisition is intended to be competed as a total small business set-a-side. This synopsis is for the purpose of notification only. The Sacramento District, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers Intends to issue a RFP for a Firm Fixed Price, single award task order contract for Biomonitoring Services. The subject tasks of this contract include Habitat Restoration and Monitoring. Current DOL wage determinations will be incorporated within the contract. This RFP is planned to be a performance-based procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services with an associated Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, of $16,500.000. The RFP will be issued via internet only on the beta.SAM Website at https://SAM.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via beta.SAM only. It is the contractors’ responsibility to check the above listed internet address daily for any posed changes to the intended RFP. The RFP date is expected be on or about 8 July 2022. A site visit is also be scheduled on or around July 15th. More information about the site visit will be posted later. Proposals are anticipated to be due on or about 09 September 2022.
