W91238-21-T-0003 Beale Fuel Hydrant Replacement The Government anticipates issuing an RFP with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the Beale Fuel Hydrant Replacement Project Description: The project will construct a new Type III Hydrant System with two 5,000-barrel aboveground storage tanks, hydrant loop, and 1,800-gpm pump house towards the end of the runway at Beale Air Force Base. The new pump house will connect issue-and return-piping to the new airfield hydrant fuel loop. Primary means of fuel delivery to the project site will be by the existing transfer pipeline from the existing bulk fuel storage area on the installation which will be modified under this project. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(i) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $10M and $25M. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 237120 – Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures. The size standard is $39.5 Million. Product Service Code is Y1NA (Construction of Fuel Supply Facilities). The solicitation will proceed as a competitive Full and Open and is estimated to be issued on or about 07 June 2021 with proposals due tentatively on 7 July 2021. The RFP will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as beta.sam.gov and will establish a firm proposal due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
