Current *tentative* milestones are as follows: Solicitation: 23 July 2020 Site Visit (Fort Douglas, Utah): 6 August 2020 Proposals Due: 21 September 2020 (60 days after solicitation) Award Date: 3 December 2020 Please continue to monitor this posting for further updates. This is a pre-solicitation notice regarding the upcoming MEGA MATOC by USACE-Sacramento District (SPK). The MEGA will be awarded from the USACE MEGA Acquisition Plan approved several years ago. The *anticipated* acquisition strategy has changed. The revised anticipiated acquisition strategy is full and open competition ("Unrestricted") with a Small Business Reserve. Overall MATOC target is five IDIQ contract awards including a small business reserve target of two awards. Source sought/capability statement responses are NOT requested for this action. However, interested parties may provide any comments on the DRAFT PWS documents to donald.c.sumner@usace.army.mil. A ProjNet entry will be created for inquiries/comments. FUDS Fort Douglas will be the seed task order at time of MEGA solicitation/award and will be used to evaluate responses for both the full and open and small business reserve portions of the solicitation. Please note the posted documents are DRAFTS and subject to change prior to solicitation. The Government reserves the right not to post the solicitation.
