This letter constitutes a cancellation of the Solicitation W91238-20-R0013 Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) Facilities and Utilities Base Maintenance (FUBM). Due to a need of uninterrupted base operations, a six-month bridge contract was resolicited to an 8a source in pursuant the authority of DFARS SUBPART 219.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (the 8(a) Program). The period of performance is from October 01, 2020 to March 31, 2021. A follow-on six-month contract is anticipated immediately upon the expiration of the first bridge contract to an 8a source. *See Amendment attachment for full details
