The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers –Sacramento CA. District has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for Janitorial Services Contract for Hensley Lake in Madera County , CA. The Janitorial Services to be performed at Buck Ridge Recreation Area, Vista Point, Road 400 Access Points, Wakalumi Campground, Hidden View Campground, Hidden View Recreation Area, Audio/Visual Center, Administration Area, Maintenance Office and Lunch/Conference Room within the Hensley Lake and Hidden Dam boundaries, Raymond, Madera County, CA. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the Small Businesses, 8(a) Small Business, HUBZone, Small Business, Woman Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns that may be interested in performing the contract for the Corps.
