Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for purchase of 20 EACH Green Sturgeon Mitigation Credit. The services to be purchased include habitat preservation acreage credit for green sturgeon at a conservation bank along the Sacramento River in compliance with environmental statute for future construction impacts to green sturgeon habitat. Please review the Statement of Work dated 25 April 2019 contained under Solicitation Form SF1449 - W9123819R0073 which shall be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. This proposed purchase shall be competed and performed under a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) basis. Award Determination: This purchase order will be awarded to the responsive and responsible small business determined to be the most advantageous to the Government as the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Price: The proposed price will be evaluated for whether it is realistic for the purchase to be performed, reflects a clear understanding of the requirements, and is consistent with the requirements of the solicitation. Solicitation Ordering: This solicitation shall not be issued in a hard copy format. Successful offeror is required to register at the System for Award Management website (www.sam.gov) for background investigation.
