The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is issuing this announcement for a Firm-Fixed-Price Design-Bid-Build Construction contract for Access Control Point 5 at Military Ocean Terminal Concord in Concord, California. The Government anticipates this requirement will be issued under Full and Open Competition (no set-aside). Once issued, please review the Statement of Work and all attachments in Solicitation number W91238-18-R-0037, which will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it from www.fbo.gov on or about 29 June 2018. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction", with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The PSC for this requirement is Y1JZ. In accordance with FAR 36.204(g), the magnitude of this requirement is between $5 million and $10 million. A pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for 0900hrs (9:00AM) Pacific on 11 July 2018 at 5110 Port Chicago Hwy, Concord, CA 94520. Participants shall submit the attached NCIC Consent Form and 190-3 Form no later than 1400hrs (2:00PM) Pacific on 2 July 2018 to Jamie Middlebrooks AND Kenley Lott via AMRDEC. Instructions are included as an uploaded document to this synopsis. Companies shall submit one 190-3 Form with all participants and individual NCIC Consent Forms for each participant. Failure to submit the required information by the deadline may result in denial for access to the site visit location. All prospective vendors are required to register at the System for Award management (SAM) website-www.sam.gov.
