The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers anticipates awarding up to three firm-fixed-price IDIQ multiple-award task order contracts for maintenance dredging and/or clearing and snagging services on the Ohio River system. The contract consists of a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods, with a total shared not-to-exceed capacity of $80,000,000 across all task orders. Performance will cover Ohio River Government Lock facilities and open channel areas within commercial navigation limits in the Nashville, Louisville, Huntington, and Pittsburgh Districts, including any navigable tributary of the Ohio River system. This requirement is open to all business sizes, and solicitation documents are expected to be available on or about October 02, 2026, with no site visit planned. Offerors must submit electronically through the PIEE Solicitation Module, and active SAM registration is required for award eligibility.
