Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to award an IDIQ contract for mowing, maintenance, and cleaning services for projects in the Lower Tuscarawas Area, Ohio. The performance period includes a one-year base period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, with four one-year options. The total contract value is a firm fixed price with a not-to-exceed amount of $2,400,000. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside, and award will be based on a best-value tradeoff where non-price factors are collectively more important than price.
