This is a solicitation for the pick-up, rebuild, performance testing, and shipping of two hydraulic cylinders for a mobile crane at the Robert C. Byrd Locks and Dam in Apple Grove, West Virginia. The work includes shipping the entire crane between the contractor's facility and the dam site. The contract requires delivery and performance within 60 days after receipt of order. This opportunity is set aside 100% for small businesses with a size standard of 800 employees. Award will be made based on best value to the government.
