The contractor must erect and later disassemble 40 feet of stair scaffolding inside a dewatered lock chamber, with the work to be performed on October 27-28, 2025, and November 17-18, 2025, respectively. The specific location for the scaffolding is on the land wall side, approximately 10 to 15 feet upstream of the lower miter gates. The government will provide cranes, operators, and riggers to transport materials and personnel between the parking lot and the chamber floor. The contractor must supply specific steel plates for scaffolding leg support on the chamber floor.
