Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This contract requires the delivery of specified quantities of stone and gravel to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Burnsville Lake Project at Falls Mill and Bulltown Campground within 30 days after award. Deliveries to Falls Mill are limited to a maximum of four truckloads per day, with specific two-truck delivery windows in the morning and early afternoon. Deliveries to Bulltown Campground must be scheduled between 0800 and 1430 Eastern Time. All Rip-Rap stone must be clean and meet specific West Virginia Department of Transportation quality and soundness specifications, with a compliance letter required prior to delivery.
