Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to award an IDIQ contract for Mowing and Cleaning Services at Delaware Lake in Delaware, Ohio. The performance period is a one-year base period plus four one-year options, with the base period running from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030. The contract is a Firm Fixed Price type with a total not-to-exceed amount of $430,000 over the entire period. Award will be based on a best-value tradeoff where non-price factors, listed in descending order of importance, are collectively more important than price. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
