Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside, firm fixed-price contract for the installation of approximately 168 linear feet of security fencing and two gates. The estimated contract value is less than $25,000. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting a quote, and quotes must be submitted through the PIEE system, not by fax.
