Contractor shall supply and deliver one Flatbed Trailer that meets the specification set forth in the attached Scope of Work. Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials and come with an applicable standard warranty of 12 month or 30k mile at no cost to the Government whichever is the greater. The Flatbed Trailer will also be roadworthy and require no additional parts, labor, or materials to begin service. Lastly, the Flatbed Trailer will comply with all federal, state, and local laws to be used on the roadway without modification.
