The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure three (3) complete commercial playground systems, to be delivered and installed at the John W. Flannagan Reservoir, Haysi, VA. Co... The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure three (3) complete commercial playground systems, to be delivered and installed at the John W. Flannagan Reservoir, Haysi, VA. Contractor shall obtain three differently themed commercial playground equipment plans and specifications that can fit into a 50 by 30 foot impact area with room around equipment to meet necessary fall zone standards in the Safety Handbook. All three playground systems shall be from one playground equipment manufacturer. Contractor shall provide those plans to Project Office for approval prior to purchase. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price offeror found to be Technically Acceptable. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 14 June 2024 and can be downloaded at www.sam.gov. Offerors shall submit all documents electronically through PIEE Solicitation Module at www.piee.eb.mil. No paper copies, CD, DVD, thumb drives, email, or facsimile will be accepted. To be eligible for award, a firm must be resisted in System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM internet site at www.sam.gov. Questions may be submitted to Ellec T.
