The contractor shall provide all associated labor, materials, supplies, tools, and transportation and travel costs for personnel and delivery of the trailer. The contractor is responsible for any and all travel costs incurred with the delivery, anchoring, and installation of any and all equipment furnished, and contractor personnel required to meet the terms of the contract.The equipment shall be new and unused, capable of performing within the parameters for which it was designed and intended function, in accordance with the operating and performance requirements specified herein in accordance with the manufacturer?s requirements. The trailer shall be of standard, commercial, design; prototypes and/or demos will not be accepted. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that any and all applicable safety standards for the installation of the modular office trailer are followed.
