This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide allmanagement, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform Mowing and Maintenance Services atSutton Lake, Sutton, WV with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington, District. All work shall be performedin strict compliance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other terms, clauses andconditions incorporated herein. This acquisition is for a base period of seven (7) months and four (4) option periodsof one (1) year. The base period for this contract will be from June 1, 2024, through 31 December 2024. Note: Thissolicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract for up to four (4) additional option periods.

Description: CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for mowing and maintenance services for Sutton Lake for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District. The Performance will be a base period of seven (7) months with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Commercial Service type contract with a not-to- exceed amount of $1,000,000.00 over the entire contract period. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range, if established, as determined by the contracting officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Management Plan, (B) Quality Control Program, (C) Past Performance, Factor (D) Equipment (E) Safety Program, Factor (F) Cost/Price. Factors A and B are of equal importance. The remaining factors (C, D, E and F) are listed in descending order of importance with Factors A and B being significantly more important than factors C, D, E and F. All non-priced factors, when combined, are more important than price. Thus, price is not expected to be the controlling factor in the selection of the Contractor for this solicitation.
