The US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure a contract for a leveedam modification at Magnolia Dam in Magnolia, OH. The award of one firm-fixed price construction contract isanticipated.The Contract includes, but is not limited to, furnish all materials, equipment, labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to accomplish work related to Magnolia Dam, levee dam safety modification. The Contractor shall complete the work in accordance with appropriate product specifications, industry standards, and contract work order plans and specifications. An organized site visit will be conducted concurrently with the Pre-Bid Meeting. See solicitation for full details. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price bidder found to be responsive and responsible. This procurement is total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million average annual receipts. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 09 August 2024 and can be downloaded at www.sam.gov. Bidders shall submit all documents electronically through PIEE Solicitation Module at www.piee.eb.mil. No paper copies, CD, DVD, thumb drives, email, or facsimile will be accepted.
