The US Army Corp of Engineers, Huntington District intends to procure a contract for Security Systems at the Fishtrap Lake Main Office and Intake Structure. The award of one firm-fixed price construction contract is anticipated. The contract includes, but is not limited, furnish all materials, equipment, labor, layouts of work features and supervision needed to accomplish work related to Fishtrap Lake, Main Office & Intake Structure security system rehab. The contractor shall complete the work in accordance with appropriate product specification, industry standards, and contract work order plans and specifications. An organized site visit will be conducted concurrently with the Pre-Bid Meeting. See solicitation for full details. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price bidder found to be responsive and responsible. This procurement is total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238390, which has a size standard of $19 Million average annual receipts. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 15 August 2024 and can be downloaded at www.sam.gov.
