The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for welded steel deck grating for the Summersville Lake intake structure deck, Summersville, WV. The estimated Delivery Date will be 30 July 2023. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Commercial Product (Supply) type contract. The contract will be awarded based on low-price that meets the minimum required technical specifications in the Statement of Work. In addition, FAR clause 52.219-14 (DEVIATION 2021-O0008), "Limitations on Subcontracting" applies to this procurement which states it will not pay more than 50% of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count toward the 50% subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 1, 2023, online at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for contract award, an Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov.
