The boat was built in 2000 by Jeffboat, LLC.The contractor shall furnish the necessary facilities for this contract and shall bear the expense of any movement of the towboat while it is at their facility and in their possession. Possession will start at the time when delivery is made by the government to the contractors? site. Possession ends when the government picks up the workboat from the contractors site following a minimum of 4 hours sea trial period. All contract work shall be completed within 250 river miles of Captain Anthony Meldahl Locks and Dam, river mile 436.
