W91237-23-B-0001 The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new Municipal Hall and Police Station Building consisting of a single-story, wood-framed/masonry structure with asphalt-shingled wedged roofs, and face-brick cladding and fiber cement siding exterior with an approximate gross area of 3,177 square feet (SF). The structure provides a council chamber meeting room, offices for the Mayor, Chief Police Officer, and Economic Development Director, in addition to rooms for interrogation, evidence, and file storage, gun safe, and kitchenette. In addition to the Municipal Building, a detached garage shed with approximately 576 SF, parking for 26 vehicles. Solicitation Amendment 0001 has been added as an attachment to PIEE solicitation module. A set of Revised Specifications have been added to the PIEE solicitation module along with Revised Drawing CS101 as of January 20, 2023. Solicitation Amendment 0002 has been added as an attachment to PIEE solicitation module.
