General Requirement: Supply one new 4-wheel drive Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) equipped with no less than 999 cc 4 cycle gasoline liquid cooled engine with electronic fuel injection. The machine shall be 2-wheel and 4-wheel/all wheel dive capable with Hi and Low ranges for forward, and at least one range for reverse. Machine shall have independent front and rear suspension, shaft drive, and power steering. UTV shall have seating for no less than three passengers. Occupant Rollover Protection (ROPS) shall meet applicable SAE Standards, equipped with seatbelts and a cargo bed. Cargo bed shall be a minimum of 36-inch x 54-inch with a minimum 12-inch depth. Payload capacity shall be no less than 1000 lbs., and the towing capacity no less than 2500 lbs. with a 2-inch receiver. Lighting shall be dual LED headlamps and dual LED taillamps. UTV shall be equipped with power steering and have a minimum of 13-inches of ground clearance and a turn radius of equal to or less than 17-ft. The machine shall be equipped with the following factory installed accessories: HVAC to include heat and AC with defrost. Fully enclosed cab with full doors, and full glass tip out windshield. 4,500lb winch with synthetic rope, auto-stop, and wireless remote. 66-inch poly snow blade with mounting hardware. Full body skid plates. Heavy Duty Front and rear brush guards. A. Working Hours: 0730-1600 hours Monday through Friday. Work may continue outside these times with permission from the on site government representative. All work shall be performed during daylight hours. Delay of work may occur during excessive rainfall or wet periods due to access to the site. B. Federal Holidays: When one of the designated holidays falls on a Sunday the following Monday is observed as a legal holiday. When a legal holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as a holiday. Work that interferes with other ongoing functions at the project shall be scheduled around normal working hours to be approved by Project Manager. Work shall be scheduled around the above listed Federal holidays unless approved in advance. Access to Work Location: Access to the work location shall be through the main road of the office. D. Contractor and Government Equipment and Supplies The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, transportation, disposal, supplies and materials to perform the work. No government equipment or supplies shall be used for this project.
