The Contractor shall provide Law Enforcement Services at the Summersville Lake project located in Summersville, West Virginia in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This contract has a base year and three (3) option periods for the years of 2022 through 2025. The contractor shall provide Certified State Police Academy Trained uniformed officers and all supplies, equipment and marked vehicles necessary to perform the law enforcement services. Officers shall have at least one year of police department experience. Contractor shall be required to provide proof of certification and/or arrest authority/police powers prior to award.
