East Lynn Project Office Sewer Line Replacement, East Lynn, WV. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, material, labor, supplies and supervision needed to provide and install a replacement sanitary sewerline, related appurtenances, and pavement restoration sealing at the East Lynn Project Office in accordance with the attached scope of work and exhibits. The Contractor shall replace the existing Sanitary Sewerline at the East Lynn Lake Project Office from the outside of the office building to Manhole #4, approximately 65-LF in length. The existing sewer line is located within a paved maintenance lot and the contractor shall restore all pavements as specified on the attached Exhibits. The contractor shall also perform asphalt patching and install a new asphalt seal coat over the parking area as specified herein. The project area is located approximately 3/4 mile from WV-37 on Overlook Trail Road in East Lynn, Wayne County, West Virginia, and is adjacent to East Lynn Dam.
