Contractor shall build a Universally Accessible, 30’ x 28’ addition on the side of the existing structure, including two (2) ADA compliant unisex restrooms, conference room, and kitchenette. Contract will follow attached drawings and remodel areas to meet all Federal/State/Local building codes and ensure all grade, sidewalks and transitions are even and do not present tripping hazards and drain efficiently as to not puddle water.
