Specifications Procurement of Zinc Ingots to Belleville L/D Description: The Contractor shall furnish and delivery 28,000 pounds (approximately twelve (12) pallets) of Prime Western Grade zinc ingots described below to Belleville Locks and Dam at 54485 Township Road 1027, Reedsville, OH 45772; attention Buckner Douglas. All zinc shall be new and meet the specifications herein. 121416 Deliver by December 3, 2021 to Belleville Locks and Dam. SPECIFICATIONS: Zinc shall be equal to ASTM B6 Standard Specification for Zinc, Special High Grade, with max lead content of 0.003%. All zinc ingots shall be new. Zinc Ingots should be roughly 5”x10”x2”. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Contractor shall provide a cost breakdown for item 1 in the Specification Section listed above in their proposal. Please include the size of the ingots. DELIVERY: The Contractor shall coordinate his delivery plans with Tyler Lester, Project Engineer at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District in Huntington, WV at (304) 563-0152. Delivery shall be made F.O.B. destination to: Belleville Locks and Dam, attention Douglas Buckner 54485 Township Road 1027 Reedsville, Oh 45772 Deliveries are accepted between 0730 and 1600 excluding weekends and Federal holidays. The Contractor shall confirm that his intended method of shipment is satisfactory of unloading by the Government and shall give seven (7) calendar days notifications before shipment. Delivery shall be no later than 45 days after contract award.
