The contract consists of a base period of one-year with four option periods, one-year each for maintenance dredging and/or clearing and snagging services for Ohio River Government Lock facilities and Ohio River open channel areas (within commercial navigation limits) located in the geographical boundaries of the following U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Districts: Nashville (LRN), Louisville (LRL), Huntington (LRH), and Pittsburgh (LRP). The date for a pre-bid conference will be provided in the solicitation. There will be no site visit for this requirement. The award of a target of (3) Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (IDIQ-MATOC) is anticipated. The contracts will be awarded to the lowest priced bidders who are found to be responsive and responsible. The total capacity for the sum of all task orders issued under these contracts is a shared Not to Exceed (NTE) amount of $45,000,000.00. This announcement is open to all businesses regardless of size.
