Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to award an IDIQ contract for Mowing and Cleaning Services at Delaware Lake in Delaware, Ohio. The performance period includes a one-year base period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030, with four one-year option periods. The total contract value has a not-to-exceed amount of $430,000. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside and will use a best-value tradeoff process where non-priced evaluation factors are more important than price.
