The supply described herein is for a vendor to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary for loading two (2) Culvert Valve Bulkheads, transporting them to offsite facility, inspecting them, rehabilitating them, and then transporting them back to Greenup Locks and Dam in Greenup, KY. Each Culvert Valve Bulkhead weighs approximately 15,000 lbs. Non destructive weld testing (NDT) shall be performed in accordance with the latest provisions of AWS D1.1 and the contract specifications.
