The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to award a contract for Technical Support and Software Maintenance Services for the Waterborne Commerce Statistics Data Collection/Navigation Planning Database and Waterborne Application for Report Processing (WCS/WARP). Performance will be a base period of one (1) year with four additional one-year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract, with a not-to-exceed amount of $3,000,000.00 over the entire contract period. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range, if established, as determined by the contracting officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.

Technical Factors and other non-priced factors (A) through (E) are listed in descending order of importance. All non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
