The award of one (1) firm-fixed price construction contract is anticipated. This project is located in Dickenson County, VA. Rehabilitation of the John W. Flannagan Spillway Bridge bearings, concrete repairs to the right abutment, concrete deck replacement, modifying the pedestrian rail on the upstream side of the bridge, and other related concrete work. Period of performance shall not exceed 365 calendar days after award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price bidder found to be responsive and responsible. This procurement is total small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310, which has a size standard of $39.5 million average annual receipts. Bidders shall submit all documents electronically through DOD SAFE. No paper copies, CD, DVD, thumb drives, email, or facsimile will be accepted.
