This is a contract is a Invitation for Bid (IFB) regional Indefinite Delivery Contract against which task orders may be issued for work in any of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Districts. This is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), from which a minimum of two (2) contracts will be awarded. Award of a contract does not guarantee that the Government will order any of the types of requirements or materials listed under the contract from the contractor. The Government reserves the right to place orders against this contract for a total amount not-to-exceed $40,000,000.00 over the life of the contract (including option periods). The contract is an Indefinite Delivery Contract against which Task Orders will be issued. Award of a contract does not guarantee that the Government will order any or all of the types of services or materials listed under the contract from the Contractor. The Government reserves the right to either perform any portion of the services itself or through a separate contract. The primary objective of this contract is to provide site survey, work plan(s) and/or specifications, maintenance, repair, and/or rehabilitation (MRR), selected environmental remediation services to Government owned properties, installations and facilities, and sponsor owned properties located anywhere within the geographical boundaries of the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Contractor shall be required to perform/manage all facets of the work such as surveying the problem, recommending a solution and correction of the problem in a timely manner. The Contractor shall maintain the capability to provide quick response for this work. Work requirements shall vary from site to site.

CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for Demolition and Environmental Remediation Services for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Geographical boundaries include the Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Huntington, Louisville, Nashville, and Pittsburgh Districts. The work performed under this contract will be done within all these Districts. A target of two (2) Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract (IDIQ-MATOC) awards is anticipated. The Contract period will be for a base period of one year with a provision for four (4) option periods, not to exceed one year each. The contracts will be awarded to the lowest priced bidders who are found to be responsive and responsible. The total shared capacity for the sum of all task orders issued under this contract is a NTE $40,000,000.00 to include the base and option periods.. This procurement is 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 562910, which has a size standard of $20.5 million in average annual receipts. Per FAR 52.219-14 (Dev), services (except construction), it will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities. Any work that a similarly situated entity further subcontracts will count towards the prime contractor's 50 percent subcontract amount that cannot be exceeded. When a contract includes both services and supplies, the 50 percent limitation shall apply only to the service portion of the contract.
