This will be a performance-based commercial service contract for Title Evidence Services for the State of Kentucky. These services will support the Real Estate Division acquisition of land/property for the Huntington District. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing and delivering Owner's Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof in the form of preliminary, interim or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements, and escrow services as appropriate, for real property located in the Counties of Martin, Floyd, Pike, and Johnson, Kentucky or any other County in Kentucky as agreed upon by the Government and Contractor.
