CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Huntington District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract for Maintenance Services for Grayson Lake, Grayson, KY, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District. Maintenance Services may include mowing, cleaning, janitorial and general maintenance services. Performance will be a base period with four additional one year option periods. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, in a not-to-exceed amount of $1,200,000.00 over the entire contract period. The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is within a technical/price competitive range, if established, as determined by the contracting officer and has been evaluated as the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. All responsive quotes will be evaluated utilizing the following technical factors: (A) Personnel; (B) Quality Control Program; (C) Experience (D) Equipment; (E) Safety Program (F) Past Performance and Factor (G) Cost/Price. Factors A and B are of equal importance. The remaining factors (C, D, E, and F) are listed in descending order of importance with Factors A and B being significantly more important than factors C, D, E, and F.
